On December 16th, join us at Tre Dita for a multi-course dinner inspired by Cortona’s legendary Sagra della Bistecca. Hosted by Chef Evan Funke, this special evening pays homage to Tuscany’s annual celebration of fire-grilled beef — complemented by artisan antipasti, seasonal insalati, Chef Funke’s signature handmade pastas, and paired with heritage Tuscan wines. This special dinner captures the true warmth and communal spirit of dining in Tuscany. The cost per person is $275, plus tax and service fee.
